Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to help with a one-time exchange for local orders in Singapore only.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags are still attached.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

How to arrange an exchange:
Please contact us first before sending anything back.

We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm eligibility.

Postage details:

  • The customer is responsible for return postage when sending the item back for exchange.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out your exchanged piece — shipping on us.

International Orders are eligible for exchange only if customer accepts both the return postage and the second time shipping cost.

Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
